Flour: all-purpose flour
Butter: vegan butter
Sugar: cane sugar

Plant milk

HOW TO MAKE PEARS IN PASTRY
Dough:
- Add the flour, butter, sugar and salt to a mixing bowl.
- Rub ingredients between hands. Add vegan egg, plant milk and knead the dough.
- Wrap in plastic and chill for 3 hours.
Pears:
- Cream vegan butter with lemon zest and cane sugar.
- Pell the pears and core carefully.
- Fill the hollows with butter-sugar mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes (365F). Let cool completely.
Pear in pastry:
- On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough. Cut the dough into strips.
- Roll the dough strips around each pear. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Brush vegan egg wash.
- Bake 20-30 minutes (365F0 until the pastry case golden brown.
