1 1/3 cup flour 1/2 cup soy milk 2 tbsp cacao powder 1/4 cup cane sugar 1/4 cup vegan butter melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch salt
Sift the flour, baking powder, cane sugar and salt.
In a separate bowl combine milk, butter (melted) and vanilla extract.
Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture. Mix together. Do not over mix.
Separate batter into 2 bowls. Add cacao powder to one of the bowls.
Preheat the oven. Bake 15-20 min (365F).
