Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 batch stewed apples
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prepare stewed apples. Let it chill completely. 
  • Chill can of coconut milk overnight. Do not shake it!Skin the solidified coconut cream from the can. Add powdered sugar and whip for a few minutes until the mixture begins to stiffen.
  • Layer stewed apples at the bottom of the glass. Cover with coconut mascarpone. Add another layer of apples. Repeat the process to the top of glass. 
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
