- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup mango puree
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pour the coconut milk into a bowl.
Add chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract (optional). Stir to combine.
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hour or overnight.
Once ready to eat, put mango puree on the button and ready chia seeds on the top.
