Chia Pudding
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
Cherry Compote
- 1 bag frozen cherries
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extarct
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Chia Pudding
In a mixing bowl, pour coconut milk, add chia seeds, cacao powder and maple syrup (optional).
Stir to combine. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Once ready to eat, put yogurt on the button, followed by layers of chocolate chia pudding and cherry compote.
