Ingredients
 
 

Chia Pudding

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt

Cherry Compote

  • 1 bag frozen cherries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extarct
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

Chia Pudding

  • In a mixing bowl, pour coconut milk, add chia seeds, cacao powder and maple syrup (optional).
  • Stir to combine. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Once ready to eat, put yogurt on the button, followed by layers of chocolate chia pudding and cherry compote.

Cherry compote

  • In a saucepan (or skillet) bring all the ingredients to boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
