HOW TO MAKE BAKED TOFU
- In a food processor add garlic, thyme, basil, Tuscan herb salt (recipe could be found here) and panko crumbs.
- Preheat the oven 365F.
- Slice tofu into pieces. Take one piece of tofu, dunk into milk and cover it with crumbs mixture.
- Place coated tofu on a baking tray. Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown.

- You can substitute panko with breadcrumbs

- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh basil

- 1/2 cup panko crumbs
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
