These Baked Tofu is easy to make, vegan full of plant-based protein dish which you could eat with a slice of homemade bread and tomato sauce ,add it to your Buddha bowl or just enjoy it on it's own. It is very simple and delicious!

1 block firm tofu 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp fresh thyme 1 tbsp fresh basil 1 tsp Tuscan herb salt 1/2 cup panko crumbs 1/4 cup plant-based milk
In a food processor add garlic, thyme, basil, Tuscan herb salt and panko crumbs.
Preheat the oven 365F.Slice tofu into pieces.
Take one piece of tofu, dunk into milk and cover it with crumbs mixture.
Place coated tofu on a baking tray. Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
