These Baked Tofu is easy to make, vegan full of plant-based protein dish which you could eat with a slice of homemade bread and tomato sauce ,add it to your Buddha bowl or just enjoy it on it's own. It is very simple and delicious!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Tuscan herb salt
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor add garlic, thyme, basil, Tuscan herb salt and panko crumbs.
  • Preheat the oven 365F.Slice tofu into pieces.
  • Take one piece of tofu, dunk into milk and cover it with crumbs mixture.
  • Place coated tofu on a baking tray. Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
