- 2 2/5 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup vegan cream
- 1 cup vegan milk
- 4 tbsp vegan butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup aquafaba
- salt
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Pour in milk, cream and stir thoroughly. Then add melted butter.
Whip aquafaba until form firm peaks.
Fold whipped aquafaba into the batter.
Bake waffles with a waffle maker according to manufactures instruction.
