Easy and healthy sweet and sour cauliflower is a delicious vegan edition of traditional sweet and sour pork.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vegetable broth powder
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 365F.
- Cut cauliflower. Fry cauliflower over medium hit for 3-5min until golden color.
- Mix together all sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce over cauliflower.
- Bake 10-15min.
