- 35 oz pizza dough
- 1/4 cup vegan pesto
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano
- 4 tbsp vegan cheese
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.
Brush vegan pesto on the top, add fresh basil and oregano, vegan cheese and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.
Roll into a log and cut into 6 equal parts.
Preheat the oven 365F.
Line muffin tin with cupcakes liners. Place pesto cupcakes into cupcake liner.
Sprinkle some vegan cheese on the top.
Bake 35-40 minutes until ready (golden brown).
