Ingredients
 
 

  • 35 oz pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup vegan pesto
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 4 tbsp vegan cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.
  • Brush vegan pesto on the top, add fresh basil and oregano, vegan cheese and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.
  • Roll into a log and cut into 6 equal parts.
  • Preheat the oven 365F.
  • Line muffin tin with cupcakes liners. Place pesto cupcakes into cupcake liner.
  • Sprinkle some vegan cheese on the top.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes until ready (golden brown).
