Today I would like to share recipe for Christmas jelly mousse – easy to make, no-bake, vegan and absolutely delicious!
CHRISTMAS JELLY MOUSSE INGREDIENTS
Cream: any type of vegan cream (coconut or oats).
Agar-agar: gelatin substitude
Sugar: cane sugar
Food Coloring: store bought or fruit juices

Easy to make no-bake, vegan festive jelly mousse
Ingredients
Base
- 2 pcs cookies or cake
Green Mousse Jelly
- 1 cup cream (vegan)
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp agar-agar
Top
- 1 cup cream (vegan)
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp agar-agar
Instructions
- Mix cream, sugar and agar-agar.
- Cook 3-5min
- Fill the mold. Chill 4-5hrs. (each mold).
- Follow same steps for the white topping.
- Assembly: use cookies or cake as a base, top with a green and white mousse.
Notes
- Add green food coloring.
- You can glaze it with a plain mirror glaze (optional).
