Base

  • 2 pcs cookies or cake

Green Mousse Jelly

  • 1 cup cream (vegan)
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp agar-agar

Top

  • 1 cup cream (vegan)
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp agar-agar

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream, sugar and agar-agar.
  • Cook 3-5min
  • Fill the mold. Chill 4-5hrs. (each mold).
  • Follow same steps for the white topping.
  • Assembly: use cookies or cake as a base, top with a green and white mousse.

Notes

  1. Add green food coloring. 
  2. You can glaze it with a plain mirror glaze (optional).
