Flour: all-purpose flour
Baking powder
Cornstarch
Coconut milk
Vegan egg
Coconut oil
Tahini
Cane sugar
Chocolate chips
HOW TO MAKE TAHINI COOKIES
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cornstarch and salt.
- In a separate bowl, add tahini, coconut oil and cane sugar. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Add coconut milk and vegan egg.
- Add the flour mixture and beat until just mixed.
- Scoop out the cookies into the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes (365) until browned.
