VEGAN CINNAMON ROLLS INGREDIENTS
Flour: all-purpose flour
Instant dry yeast
Cane sugar
Grapeseed oil
Vegan egg
Cane sugar
Baking powder
Vegan buttermilk
Filling: vegan butter, cane sugar and cinnamon
HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLLS
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Whisk vegan buttermilk, vegan egg and yeast.
- Knead it for 3 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a square. Fold it.
- Cover bowl and chill until double in size.
- Grease form with oil. Punch down dough, roll out.
- Spread vegan butter and sprinkle cane sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll into a log. Cut into 8 pieces.
- Leave in a warm place to proof for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven. Bake for 30 minutes (365F).
