VEGAN CARAMEL CANDY INGREDIENTS
Coconut cream: full-fat coconut cream
Sugar: cane sugar
Corn syrup: dark
Butter: vegan butter
Chocolate chips
Sea salt
HOW TO MAKE CARAMELS
- Melt chocolate chips over a bain marie. Set aside.
- In a saucepan add vegan butter, cane sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat.
- Add coconut cream and melted chocolate. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Add sea salt.
- Pour caramel in prepared cookies sheet (lined with plastic wrap).
- Let the caramel cool completely (around 2 hours) before slicing.
