Vegan Tahini Cookies

Rich with tahini and chocolate, this vegan cookies are hit at any dessert table. They are delicious eaten slightly warm, but they also make a wholesome lunch box treat.

1 cup flour 2 tbsp cosnstarch 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 pinch salt 1 vegan egg 1/2 cup tahini 1/2 cup cane sugar 1/4 cup chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cornstarch and salt.
In a separate bowl, add tahini, coconut oil and cane sugar. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add coconut milk and vegan egg.
Add the flour mixture and beat until just mixed. Scoop out the cookies into the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
Bake for 15-20 minutes (365) until browned.
