This Bread Salad (or Panzanella) is chopped salad made with tomatoes and bread which makes it perfect easy meal for sunny days.

To make this easy bread salad you will need:
Tomatoes
Onion
Cucumber
Bread: fresh of stale bread (if you will use a stale bread see “tips” section)
HOW TO MAKE BREAD SALAD
- Cut bread into slices. Rub the bread between your hands to form a small cubes.
- Chop all the vegetables.
- Add all the vegetables, bread cubes and basil to a salad bowl.
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Add vinegar before serving.
PANZANELLA TIPS
- If you will use a stale bread: cut the bread into slices. Soak for a few minutes in cold water. Take pieces of bread, squeeze to remove the liquid. Rub between your hand to for a small cubes.
- Add vinegar before serving.
