Edamame (immature soybeans) is a vegetable-type soybean. It’s high in protein. Rich in vitamins and minerals (source).
HOW TO COOK EDAMAME
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil.
- Add frozen shelled edamame.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Transfer to the bowl of ice water.
- Drain, pat dry.

Edamame: frozen shelled edamame
Tomatoes
Corn: fresh or frozen
Avocado
HOW TO MAKE EDAMAME SALAD
- In a large serving bowl add cooked edamame, corn, halved tomatoes and avocado.
