HOW TO MAKE MARINATED OLIVES

  1. Peel and chop garlic. Wash and dry chili pepper. 
  2. Mix the garlic, olives and fresh thyme.

  1. Place olives in a glass jar, add chili pepper. Pour olive oil to cover. 
  2. Refrigerate for 10 days before using.
