- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 fresh thyme

Peel and chop garlic.
Wash and dry chili pepper.
Mix the garlic, olives and fresh thyme.Place olives in a glass jar, add chili pepper.
Pour olive oil to cover.
Refrigerate for 10 days before using.
