Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb olives
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 fresh thyme
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop garlic.
  • Wash and dry chili pepper.  
  • Mix the garlic, olives and fresh thyme.Place olives in a glass jar, add chili pepper.
  • Pour olive oil to cover. 
  • Refrigerate for 10 days before using.
