VEGAN MADELEINES INGREDIENTS:
Flour: any type of your choice
Baking powder
Soy milk
Maple syrup
Grapeseed Oil
Lemon zest

Vegan Madeleines
Vegan version of a traditional madeleines.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1 pinch salt
- rasberry
Instructions
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl combine milk, oil, maple syrup and lemon zest.
- Add wet ingredients to flour. Mix together. Do not overmix it.
- Refrigirate for 1-2hrs.
- Preheat the oven 365F. Add rasberry to each cookie on the top.
- Bake 365F for 15-20min.
