MY LATEST VIDEO CANDIED ORANGE PEEL INGREDIENTS  Oranges Sugar: cane sugar  Sparkling water  Dark corn syrup  HOW TO MAKE CANDIED ORANGE PEEL  Bring water to a boil.  Peel oranges (remove the white pith and flesh) and cut. Add the orange peel to the boiling water, cook for 1 minute and drain.  Repeat step 3 two times.  In a saucepan, combine sugar and sparkling water.
