This Edamame Salad is simple salad made with edamame, corn, tomatoes, avocado and drizzled with French salad dressing. Rich in vitamins and minerals (source).  HOW TO COOK EDAMAME  Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add frozen shelled edamame.  Cook for 3 minutes.  Transfer to the bowl of ice water.  Drain, pat dry.
