GREEN SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS

These recipe would make 1L of green smoothie.

  1. Spinach: 1 cup
  2. Banana: 1 (fresh or frozen)
  3. Apple: 1
  4. Pear:1
  5. Celery

GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE TIPS 

  • You can add healthy fats: avocado, nuts, seeds.
  • Add superfoods: spirulina, maca, goji.
  • You can use almond, soy or coconut milk instead of fresh water.
  • Liquid quantity may vary depending on your own preference.
  • Add greens: kale, arugula or lettuce.

HOW TO MAKE GREEN SMOOTHIE 

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for about 1 minute.
