HOW TO MAKE CORNBREAD 

  1. In large bowl, stir together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, cane sugar and salt. 
  2. In another bowl, combine vegan buttermilk, vegan egg, and vegan butter (melted). 
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until combine. 
  4. Spread the batter into a prepared pan. 
  5. Bake 20-30 minutes (365F).
