HOW TO MAKE VEGAN PIZZA CUPCAKE

For these recipe we will need a pizza dough (I used easy homemade pizza dough), tomato sauce (I used homemade tomato sauce), vegan cheese, fresh basil, fresh oregano, Italian herbs seasoning (recipe could be found here) and cupcakes liners.

  1. Roll out the dough (you could bake 6 cupcakes with half of the pizza dough ) into a rectangle shape.
  2. Brush tomato sauce on the top, place vegan cheese, fresh basil, fresh oregano and Italian seasoning.
  3. Roll into a log and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
  4. Preheat the oven 365F.
  5. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  6. Place pizza cupcakes into cupcake liner.
  7. Sprinkle some vegan cheese on the top.
  8. Bake 35-40 minutes until ready (cooking time may vary-depend on the stove were used).
