- 500 g pizza dough
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh basil
- 2 tbsp vegan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape.
Brush tomato sauce on the top, place vegan cheese, fresh basil, fresh oregano and Italian seasoning.
Roll into a log and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
Preheat the oven 365F.
Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.Place pizza cupcakes into cupcake liner.Sprinkle some vegan cheese on the top.
Bake 35-40 minutes until ready (cooking time may vary-depend on the stove were used).
