These Vegan Pizza Cupcakes is easy to make, full of flavor and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 500 g pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp vegan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape.
  • Brush tomato sauce on the top, place vegan cheese, fresh basil, fresh oregano and Italian seasoning.
  • Roll into a log and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
  • Preheat the oven 365F.
  • Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.Place pizza cupcakes into cupcake liner.Sprinkle some vegan cheese on the top.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes until ready (cooking time may vary-depend on the stove were used).
