VEGAN CHOCOLATE COOKIES

VEGAN CHOCOLATE COOKIES INGREDIENTS 

Flour: all-purpose flour 

Cacao powder: Dutch-process 

Baking powder 

Vegan egg 

Cane sugar 

Vegan butter 

Confectioners’ sugar 

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CHOCOLATE COOKIES 

  1. In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt. 
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together vegan butter and cane sugar (using a hand mixer) until fluffy.
  3.  Add vegan egg and vanilla extract. 
  4. Add the flour mixture and beat on low for 3-5 minutes until combined. 
  5. Place confectioner’s sugar in a small bowl. Scoop up a tablespoon of the dough, roll between your palms into a ball. 
  6. Roll in confectioner’s sugar and place on prepared baking sheet (flatten each ball with the palm of your hand). 
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes (365F).
