  1. Peel the apples. Dice.
  2. Put into a pot over a medium heat. Add cane sugar and cinnamon. 
  3. Cook the apples until it release their liquid. 
  4. Cover and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until apples become very soft. 
  5. Let cool.
