To make this oil you will need just two ingredients: fresh basil and olive oil.

What can I use Basil Olive Oil for? 

Toss it with vegetables, drizzle it on homemade focaccia, bread or pizza cupcakes, pour over cold gazpacho or use as dressing for salad

How long does homemade Basil Oil lasts?

It’s best to use it within 2 days and stored in the refrigerator.

HOW TO MAKE FRESH BASIL OIL 

  1. Place the basil, into a blender. 
  2. Add olive oil and pinch of salt (optional). 
  3. Process until smooth.
