EASY MANGO CHUTNEY INGREDIENTS 

Mango 

Onion 

Garlic 

Ginger 

Cane sugar 

Vegetable broth

White vinegar 

Pectin

HOW TO MAKE MANGO CHUTNEY 

  1. Bring the vinegar to boil in a saucepan and boil for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Chop onion and garlic. 
  3. Peel mango and cut into cubes. Grate ginger. 
  4. Add the cane sugar, onion and garlic to the vinegar and cook for 5 minutes. 
  5. Pour in the vegetable stock. 
  6. Add the mango, ginger and pectin.
  7. Let simmer, until thick consistency is obtained.

  • 2 mangoes
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 bulb onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2/3 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp pectin
