This Mango Chutney is easy to make and you will need just simple ingredients.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 mangoes
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 bulb onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2/3 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp pectin

Instructions
 

  • Bring the vinegar to boil in a saucepan and boil for 3-5 minutes.
  • Chop onion and garlic. 
  • Chop onion and garlic. Peel mango and cut into cubes.
  • Grate ginger. Add the cane sugar, onion and garlic to the vinegar and cook for 5 minutes. 
  • Pour in the vegetable stock. Add the mango, ginger and pectin.Let simmer, until thick consistency is obtained.
