This Mango Chutney is easy to make and you will need just simple ingredients.

- 2 mangoes
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 bulb onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2/3 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp pectin
Bring the vinegar to boil in a saucepan and boil for 3-5 minutes.
Chop onion and garlic.
Chop onion and garlic. Peel mango and cut into cubes.
Grate ginger. Add the cane sugar, onion and garlic to the vinegar and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in the vegetable stock. Add the mango, ginger and pectin.Let simmer, until thick consistency is obtained.
