VEGAN CINNAMON ROLLS

VEGAN CINNAMON ROLLS INGREDIENTS 

Flour: all-purpose flour 

Instant dry yeast 

Cane sugar 

Grapeseed oil 

Vegan egg

Cane sugar 

Baking powder 

Vegan buttermilk

Filling: vegan butter, cane sugar and cinnamon 

HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLLS 

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. 
  2. Whisk vegan buttermilk, vegan egg and yeast. 
  3. Knead it for 3 minutes. 
  4. Roll the dough into a square. Fold it. 
  5. Cover bowl and chill until double in size. 
  6. Grease form with oil. Punch down dough, roll out. 
  7. Spread vegan butter and sprinkle cane sugar and cinnamon. 
  8. Roll into a log. Cut into 8 pieces. 
  9. Leave in a warm place to proof for 1 hour. 
  10. Preheat the oven. Bake for 30 minutes (365F).

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vegan buttermilk
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 package instant dry yeast (7g)
  • 6 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1 vegan egg
  • 1 pinch salt

Filling

  • 3 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
