VEGAN MINCEMEAT INGREDIENTS 

Apples 

Oranges 

Cane sugar 

Brown sugar 

Raisins 

Pine nuts 

Blanched almonds

Cinnamon

HOW TO MAKE MINCEMEAT 

  1. Finely chop apples and oranges (you could use a food processor).
  2. In a saucepan cook apples, oranges, raisins and sugar for 30 minutes. 
  3. Set aside. Add almonds, pine nuts, cinnamon and rum extract. 
  4. Refrigerate for two days before use.

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
