CINNAMON COOKIES INGREDIENTS 

Flour: all-purpose flour

Brown sugar 

Vegan butter 

Vegan egg 

Baking powder

Plant milk  

Cinnamon

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CINNAMON COOKIES 

  1. In a mixing bowl, add vegan butter, brown sugar and cane sugar. Mix everything together. 
  2. Add vegan egg and plant milk. 
  3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. 
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into butter-sugar mixture. 
  5. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. 
  6. On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough. Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. 
  7. Allow cookies to dry for 1 hour at room temperature. 
  8. Bake 10-15 minutes (365F).
