HOW TO MAKE GLAZED CARROTS 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. 
  2. Boil the carrots for 10 minutes. 
  3. Melt the vegan butter in a frying pan, add the carrots and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat, sprinkle sugar and cook, until the sugar coats the carrots and it begins to brown.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
