Bruschetta is grilled bread rubbed with garlic and drizzled with olive oil and topped with a variety of toppings.

EASY BRUSCHETTA INGREDIENTS

To make this simple Italian Bruschetta you will need:

Bread: any crusty bread of your choice (rustic, baguette).

Tomatoes: grape tomatoes.

Fresh Basil

Garlic

Fresh Basil Oil (recipe for basil oil could be found in these post).

Balsamic vinegar: dark concentrated vinegar.

HOW TO MAKE BEST BRUSCHETTA

  1. Cut tomatoes.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat adding olive oil.
  3. Place the bread slices on skillet and cook until crisp and golden.
  4. Immediately rub one side of each slice with a garlic clove.
  5. Arrange bread slices on a platter. Top with tomatoes, basil and drizzle with the basil oil and balsamic vinegar.

  • 2 clove garlic
