Ingredients
 
 

  • 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 tbsp basil oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomatoes.
  • Heat skillet over medium heat adding olive oil.
  • Place the bread slices on skillet and cook until crisp and golden.Immediately rub one side of each slice with a garlic clove.
  • Arrange bread slices on a platter.
  • Top with tomatoes, basil and drizzle with the basil oil and balsamic vinegar.
