- 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- 2 clove garlic
- 4 slices bread
- 1 tbsp basil oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
Cut tomatoes.
Heat skillet over medium heat adding olive oil.
Place the bread slices on skillet and cook until crisp and golden.Immediately rub one side of each slice with a garlic clove.
Arrange bread slices on a platter.
Top with tomatoes, basil and drizzle with the basil oil and balsamic vinegar.
