HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CHICKPEA TUNA

  1. Mash chickpeas in a food processor or with a back of fork.
  2. Add chopped onions, pickles, nori powder and vegan mayo.

HOW TO MAKE “VEGAN TUNA” SUSHI

  1. Fill 1/3 of sushi mold with cooked rice.
  2. Fill the mold with “vegan tuna”.
  3. Add more rice on the top.
  4. Push the top of the mold.
  5. Wrap ready rice with nori sheet.
  6. Enjoy!

I used triangle sushi mold or Onigiri rice mold.

  • 1/4 bulb sweet onion
  • 1 tbsp nori powder
  • 1 cup cooked chickpea
  • 4-5 pickles
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo

Sushi

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 8 nori sheets

Instructions

  • Mash chickpeas in a food processor or with a back of fork.
  • Add chopped onions, pickles, nori powder and vegan mayo.

Sushi

  • Roll out nori sheet with rice and vegan tuna.
