PUMPKIN BREAD

This if quite possibly one of the easiest Pumpkin loaf recipes you can make. Pumpkin puree and spices are bound together with chocolate glaze and just a few other ingredients.

VEGAN PUMPKIN LOAF INGREDIENTS 

Flour: all-purpose flour 

Baking powder 

Vegan butter 

Vegan egg 

Cane sugar 

Vegan buttermilk 

Pumpkin puree

Spices: allspice powder (1/4tsp), ginger powder (1/4tsp) and cinnamon (1 tsp)

HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN BREAD 

  1. Combine flour, baking powder and melted vegan butter.
  2. Add vegan egg, cane sugar, salt and vegan buttermilk. 
  3. Add pumpkin puree and spices. 
  4. Bake 365F 30-40 min. 
  5. Glaze with melted chocolate chips and hazelnuts (optional).
