Vegan cream or full-fat coconut milk
Confectioner’s sugar
Orange
Almond extract
Agar-agar powder
HOW TO MAKE YOGURT MOUSSE
- Grate the orange zest and squeeze the juice.
- In a small saucepan, add orange zest, orange juice and almond extract.
- Whisk in confectioner’s sugar. Add agar-agar powder.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Whisk in vegan yogurt.
- Add vegan whipped cream (or full-fat coconut milk).
- Pour the mixture into cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
