FARRO SALAD WITH TOMATOES AND BASIL

Here’s a new twist on Farro Salad. It paired with tomatoes and basil, which makes it excellent lunch or side dish. The recipe es flexible: use mint instead of basil, or cucumbers instead of tomatoes.

HOW TO MAKE EASY FARO SALAD

  1. In a serving bowl, add farro, chopped tomatoes and basil.
  2. Pour salad dressing (recipe for Basil oil could be found in these post).  
  3. Stir gently until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
