Sugar

Instant yeast

Plant-based milk

Vegan butter

Chocolate chips

Orange zest

Raisins

HOW TO MAKE ORANGE-CHOCOLATE LOAF

  1. In a mixing bowl, place the dry ingredients and milk. Knead for 3 minutes.
  2. Knead the butter unto the dough until fully incorporated.
  3. Add chocolate chips and raisins.

  1. Let the dough rise in warm place for 1 hour 30 minutes.

  1. Flatten the dough into rectangular and fold one long side into the center.
  2. Fold the other long side into the center, pressing down hard to seal.
  3. Fold the dough lengthwise in half to make a log shape.

  1. Butter the loaf pan. Place the dough, fold down, in the pan.
  2. Press into the pan. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour 30 minutes.

  1. Preheat the oven 365F. Bake the loaf for 30 minutes until the crust is golden.
