VEGAN OVERNIGHT OATS INGREDIENTS

Oats: quick, rolled or steel cut.

Milk: plant-based milk.

Yogurt: vegan yogurt.

Cream: vegan cream.

Sugar: golden sugar.

HOW TO MAKE OVERNIGHT OATS

  1. In a bowl, mix together vegan yogurt, cream, milk, golden sugar, lemon juice and zest. Add oats and raisins.
  2. Stir everything. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Garnish with apple and berries.

  • 1 3/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 4 oz vegan yogurt
  • 1/3 cup vegan cream
  • 2 tbsp golden sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 oz raisins
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
