HOW TO MAKE CABBAGE SOUP

  1. Pell and chop the carrots, potatoes, leeks, onion and turnips.
  2. Add vegetable broth, chopped turnips, cabbage, leeks and carrots.
  3. Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
  5. Chop potatoes and add them to soup. Cook for a further 20 minutes.

  • 1 green cabbage
