VEGAN CHERRY CLAFOUTIS INGREDIENTS

Fresh cherries: wash and dry them, remove the stems but do not pit them.

HOW TO MAKE CHERRY CLAFOUTIS

  1. Mix the baking powder and flour.
  2. Add sugar, buttermilk and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix everything together (finished batter should be smoothed).
  4. Butter a baking pan (cake or pie pan).
  5. Stir the cherries into the batter. Pour it into a baking pan.
  6. Bake for 45minutes (365F) until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar.
