These Cherry Clafoutis is a vegan version of a French Classic recipe. It's easy to make and absolutely delicious!

- 1 lb cherries
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegan buttermilk
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 pinch salt
Mix the baking powder and flour.
Add sugar, buttermilk and a pinch of salt.Mix everything together (finished batter should be smoothed).
Butter a baking pan (cake or pie pan). Stir the cherries into the batter.
Pour it into a baking pan.
Bake for 45minutes (365F) until golden brown.Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar.
