These Cherry Clafoutis is a vegan version of a French Classic recipe. It's easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb cherries
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegan buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the baking powder and flour.
  • Add sugar, buttermilk and a pinch of salt.Mix everything together (finished batter should be smoothed).
  • Butter a baking pan (cake or pie pan). Stir the cherries into the batter.
  • Pour it into a baking pan.
  • Bake for 45minutes (365F) until golden brown.Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar.
