GAZPACHO INGREDIENTS

Tomatoes

Red bell pepper

Cucumber

Garlic

Onion

Fresh Water

HOW TO MAKE GAZPACHO

  1. Peel tomatoes, garlic and onion.
  2. Pell the cucumber, cut lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  3. Remove seeds from pepper.
  4. Finely chop all the vegetables.
  5. Add prepared vegetables to a blender, add water, pepper and salt.

  1. Blend on a high speed for 3-5 minutes.
  2. When done, add olive oil and vinegar.
  3. Chill gazpacho for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator before serving.

  • 1/2 bulb onion
  • 1 3/4 lb tomatoes
