VEGAN BLACK FOREST MUFFINS INGREDIENTS

Flour: all-purpose flour, pastry flour or type 00.

Sugar: cane sugar.

Vegan Buttermilk: how to make vegan buttermilk at home recipe could be found in these post.

Baking Powder: homemade baking powder recipe could be found here.

Vegan Butter: you can substituted for any neutral oil, however butter will give you a nicer texture.

Cherry: you could use frozen or fresh.

Cacao Powder: you could use any of your choice and quantity could be adjusted to any color and taste preference.

HOW TO MAKE BLACK FOREST MUFFINS

  1. Whisk together sugar and vegan egg. Add salt.
  2. Add vegan buttermilk. Whisk in the baking powder, flour and cacao powder.
  3. Add melted vegan butter, cherries and chocolate chips.
  4. Bake 25-30 minutes (365F) until ready.
