EASY CORN SALAD

These simple summer corn salad is easy to make for lunch, BBQ or basic side dish. It is made of simple ingredients but very tasty and fulfilling.

HOW TO MAKE CORN SALAD

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine cooked corn (I used frozen corn however you can use fresh corn or canned), tomatoes, shaved slices of celery, chopped spinach and mango.
  2. Drizzle the top with vinaigrette(mix olive oil, lemon juice and Tuscan salt). Toss the salad and serve.
